President and Owner

Business and community leader Theressa Foster comes from a background in Nursing and Facility Administration.   She is CORE trained and she has a commercial Real Estate License.

In May of 2009 she was hired as Director of Resident Services and was promoted to Administrator in January of 2010. While at the facility she increased census from 20 to full occupancy. Full occupancy started out at 84 beds and she was able to increase it to 104 beds. She oversaw the change from standard license to an ECC license. She helped guide the facility to becoming profitable while improving the living experience of its residents.

While employed by an Assisted Living Facility she provided direct supervision for creating from the ground up and opening a sister community with a memory focus. The project schedule stayed on target and she was key to guiding the process through the county. The facility passed AHCA licensing on the first try.

She is a proven leader, helping private owners of Assisted Living Facilities in both ongoing business and through the start-up and construction process.

Besides leading West Central Solutions, Theressa Foster is active in the Citrus County non-profit Community. She serves as:

    • Secretary and Health Chair — Executive Board of the Citrus County United Way;
    • Secretary — Seven Rivers Hospital Governing Board
    • Member of the Rotary Club of Crystal River
    • Volunteer Coach — Elder Affairs, Matter of Balance program
    • Past Vice President — Citrus County Economic Development Council, Inc.
    • Past Advisory Board member – Healthy Living Magazine

In 2015 and 2016, Theressa demonstrated that she is not beyond eating bugs to help her community. (She and her Rotary Club raised over $3,000 for the homeless through a bug-eating challenge in 2015.) She is a passionate leader constantly working to improve herself and the businesses she serves.
